Equipment introduction

Make sure your work surface is smooth before starting operation.

Plug the power cord into a power outlet and make sure it is securely connected.

Tap the “Power” button on the front of the device.

Observe the indicator light, when it turns green, it means the device is turning on.

Wait for a few moments until the touch screen lights up and the device turns on.

Select the system language as “English” in the main interface.

In the setup menu, the encapsulation pressure can be adjusted to meet specific needs.

It can be set according to requirements, forward and reverse waiting time, forward and reverse time, etc.


Ensure that the coin cell has been initially encapsulated and placed in the groove of the lower mold of the device.

Simultaneously press the “Start” buttons on the left and right side of the device.

Please note that the encapsulation process will only start when both buttons are pressed at the same time.

The lower mold will automatically rise and work with the upper mold to encapsulate the button cell.


During the encapsulation process, please keep the equipment stable and avoid touching any moving parts.

When the encapsulation is complete, the lower mold will automatically drop down.

Wait a few seconds until the device is stable, then carefully remove the encapsulated battery.


Introduction to molds

Before disassembling the mold, please disconnect the power supply of the equipment in order to ensure the safety of operation.

Use an Allen wrench to loosen the 2 upper mold base set screws on the top of the unit and the inset set screws on the front.

Then remove the other parts such as the yellow spring in the upper mold separately.

Remove the lower mold by loosening the 4 machine rice screws on the side of the lower mold and the set screw on the top.

When reinstalling the mold, proceed in the reverse order of disassembly.


Notes

The standard mold of this equipment is suitable for 20 series button cell encapsulation.

Other models of molds can be selected according to the demand, in order to adapt to the encapsulation of different models of batteries, such as 2450, 2430.


Caution

1. During operation, do not put your hands or other objects into the closed area of the mold to avoid injury.

2. After use, wipe the mold with anhydrous ethanol or disassemble it for deep cleaning to prevent the electrolyte residue from corroding the mold and prolong the life of the equipment.

3. If the equipment makes abnormal sounds or displays error codes, please stop using it immediately and contact the technical after-sales service.
