Unable to export complete work step data of a specified cycle number

Problem Scenario: When exporting the data of a specified cycle number, you find that the work step data exported is incomplete, for example, only the constant current charging work step data of the cycle is exported, but there is no data of rest work step, constant current discharging work step, and so on.
Solution 1: Open BTSDA software, click "Export report" at the top of the page, customize the report settings, and select the work step type as "All work step types".
Solution 2: Maybe the memory of the Control unit is full, open the BTS software, click "History" in the lower left corner of the main page, delete the unwanted or backed up historical data.
